Wingmate is developed and operated by HT STRATEGY & AI SERVICES LLC, located at 3400 Cottage Way, Ste G2 #29540, Sacramento, CA 95825, United States (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our iOS mobile application Wingmate (“App”).

By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following types of information:

1.1. Information You Provide

Profile screenshots and text: When you upload screenshots of dating profiles, the images are processed locally and/or securely sent to AI services to extract text and generate “persona” summaries.

Messages: Text you paste into the app for AI-generated replies is processed temporarily to generate a response. We do not store your messages on our servers unless explicitly needed for in-app history (which remains local on your device).

Account information: If you sign in using Apple ID or Google Sign-In, we receive only basic profile information (name and email address) to associate with your account.

User preferences: Tone and personalization settings are stored locally on your device.

1.2. Automatically Collected Data

App diagnostics: Anonymous analytics may include crash logs and app performance data (to improve app stability).

Device information: Basic device metadata such as iOS version, language, and region may be collected to improve compatibility and localization.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or any background data without your consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Generate AI-powered message suggestions and profile analyses.

Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.

Provide user support when requested.

Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

Wingmate may interact with the following third-party providers:

  • OpenAI or Google AI (Gemini API) – for generating text-based AI replies. Only anonymized message text is transmitted; no identifying metadata is included.

  • Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In – for authentication and user identity verification.

  • Apple iCloud (optional) – if you enable data backup or sync between devices, your data is stored securely in your personal iCloud account under Apple’s privacy terms.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All user personas, conversations, and preferences are stored locally on your device by default.

  • If cloud sync is enabled, your data is stored securely in your iCloud account (we do not have access).

  • We apply encryption and secure network protocols (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmissions.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  • You may delete all app data at any time by:

  • Using the “Erase all data” option in Settings, or

  • Deleting the Wingmate app from your device (which removes all local data).

  • If you have a linked account and wish to delete it permanently, contact us at privacy@hsas-ai.com and we will assist with removal of any associated credentials or analytics data.

6. Children’s Privacy

Wingmate is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect or store information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the app, please contact us immediately for removal.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App and take effect immediately upon publication. The “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
